If you need to send a monitoring system or accessory to us
for repair or recycling, you will need an RMA (return materials
authorization). Packages received without an RMA may be
To receive an RMA, send an email to

- Product name or model number and serial number (if

We will email you in return an RMA form and printed
instructions for shipping the item to us. If we anticipate that
