If you need to send a monitoring system or accessory to us for repair or recycling, you will need an RMA (return materials authorization). Packages received without an RMA may be returned.
To receive an RMA, send an email to repair@globalmonitoring.com with the following information:
We will email you in return an RMA form and printed instructions for shipping the item to us. If we anticipate that there will be a charge for the work to be done, we will say so and include a 'not-to-exceed cost quotation.
